Employers wishing to employ foreign in Turkey are obliged to get permission from the Ministry of Labor Studies.

Foreign Work Permit

Foreigners can work as an independent employer with their work permits and also work independently (on their own account).

Work permit
It is awarded for a maximum of one year to work in a particular business and a specific occupation.
