The absence of Turkish personnel with the same qualifications to replace the foreigner,

The contribution of the workplace to the national economy etc.
A work permit is approved if foreign personnel are required.

Employers wishing to employ foreign in Turkey are obliged to get permission from the Ministry of Labor Studies.

WORK PERMIT TO BE TAKEN;

Work permission types

Foreign Work Permit

Foreigners can work as an independent employer with their work permits and also work independently (on their own account).

Work permit
It is awarded for a maximum of one year to work in a particular business and a specific occupation.
After one year legal working period; the duration of the work permit may be extended by a maximum of te two years “to work in the same workplace or in the same business and the same profession.
At the end of the three-year statutory working period, the duration of the Work Permit may be extended by a maximum of sonunda three years in to work with the employer of his choice only in the same profession.
Permission to work indefinitely

Independent work permit
