The Ministry makes a study of the work permit application files in consideration of the following criteria.<\/p>\n

Situation in labor market, Developments in working life,
\nSectoral, geographical and economic conjuncture related to employment,
\nThe absence of Turkish personnel with the same qualifications to replace the foreigner,
\nCountry of foreign personnel,
\nForeign personnel’s area of \u200b\u200bexpertise, qualifications and competencies,
\nInformation indicating the special nature of the work,
\nThe contribution of the workplace to the national economy etc. issues,
\nA work permit is approved if foreign personnel are required.<\/p>\n

Employers wishing to employ foreign in Turkey are obliged to get permission from the Ministry of Labor Studies.<\/p>\n

Foreign personnel The work done without work permit is accepted as illegal work. Administrative fines shall be imposed on the employer and the foreigner if it is detected in the audits. Also foreign can be deported.<\/p>\n

WORK PERMIT TO BE TAKEN;<\/strong>
\nThe profession of the foreigner, the previous information registered in official institutions, the legal requirements of the Employer must be sufficient.<\/p>\n

RUN AN EMPLOYER IN TURKEY FOR FOREIGN STAFF order;<\/strong>
\nThe company’s paid-in capital must be at least 100.000 TL or gross sales must be at least 800.000 TL or in the last year it must be at least 250.000 US dollars.<\/p>\n

It is a legal obligation to employ at least 5 Turkish citizens for each foreigner to be employed, except for the foreigners who will work in the works received by the state tender.<\/p>\n

CHARGE SUBMISSION TO FOREIGNERS:<\/strong>
\nThe lower limit of the wages to be paid by the employers according to their jobs and the jobs they will employ is determined by the Ministry.<\/p>\n

  1. For senior managers, pilots and engineers and architects requesting preliminary permission; 6.5 times the minimum wage.<\/li>\n
  2. It is 4 times the minimum wage for Engineers and architects and Unit or branch managers.<\/li>\n
  3. Teachers and psychologists, physiotherapists, masseurs, masseuses, musicians, stage artists, acrobat and other foreigners to work in the title and specialization and mastering jobs for those who work is 3 times the minimum wage.<\/li>\n
  4. For domestic services, salespersons, marketing-exporters, etc. are required to be twice the minimum wage for foreigners.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
